Few improvements and fixes

We keep addding more and more features that we aspire to see in WorkforceTrack. And below is the list of latest changes:

• Annual allowance and timeslot settings are added to availability section as a tab, where Director/HR Manager/Administrator can specify employees' annual leave allowance and timeslots.
  
• Some improvements/fixes on projects, employees and teams sections.
  
• Some bugs fixed in tasks section.
